The employees were really kind and nice and kept it all fairly clean. The location was marvellous, in the middle of the city, in the downtown area. The place was just close to Pici, where you can have dinner.

the hotel provided a complete kitchenette in the room, which I unfortunately didn't have time to use. it was still nice to have the option of cooking. the room also had a nice bathroom, sitting area, and a fold-down bed. the location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from the central train station and close to underground trams. the neighborhood was decent, and my room had a beautiful view overlooking a garden terrace. breakfast was available if reserved in advance and offered a decent variety of foods.
Adagio felt like a home away from home with its great amenities and friendly staff. Cons: Nothing to fault 👍.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was quite enjoyable. We were pleased with the modern and clean decor of the room, as well as the variety of TV channels available for us to watch. having an iron and ironing board in the room was a convenient amenity that allowed us to look our best during our stay. As for the breakfast, although it was simple, the quality of the food was good and we were satisfied with the selection.
There were a couple of drawbacks to our experience at this hotel. we found the room to be quite warm, even without the heating on.

As youngsters, we really enjoyed the convenient shared washing machine and dryer room. The view from our high-floor room overlooking the city was amazing. The location, just a 10-minute walk from the central station, was perfect. There were also plenty of shops nearby, including a supermarket and a drugstore. The hotel was very quiet during our stay, and having underground car parking available was a bonus. The staff was friendly and accommodating. it was great value for the price.
Felt welcomed, no complaints.
